4. Use of Google OAuth and API Data

To comply with Google's User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements, By The Numbers agrees to:

1. Access Only Necessary Data: We only request and use OAuth scopes necessary for the app's stated functionality.
2. No Unapproved Transfers: We do not transfer Google user data to external systems or third parties except as necessary to provide and improve the Service, comply with applicable law, or with your explicit consent.
3. No Advertising Use: We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes, targeted marketing, or profiling.
4. Secure Data Handling: All Google user data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored securely using encryption where applicable, and deleted upon user revocation or account deletion.
5. Transparency: You can revoke access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Permissions.
6. Offline Access and Refresh Tokens: If the app uses offline access (refresh tokens), they are securely stored and used only to maintain continuous functionality that you've explicitly granted.

By The Numbers may request OAuth scopes such as:

• openid, email, profile — for authentication
• Optional scopes like https://www.googleapis.com/auth/photoslibrary.readonly (if implemented) — for reading photo metadata and counts

We do not request write, delete, or sharing permissions.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Service.
• Ensure that any data you submit is accurate and lawful to process.

6. Intellectual Property
